My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were without fault in terms of comfort and had an amazing view from the 19th floor, but there was a malodorous smell upon check-in. The service was top-notch, from the beautiful greeting by Rodolfo to the exceptional bartender Kiki, although there were lapses from the front desk staff being on their cell phone. The location was superb, making it easy to explore the city, especially for business or upscale visitors, although the commute to Brooklyn was a bit inconvenient. The dining options were very good, with friendly service, but on the expensive side. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor issues.

I'm lucky to have found this hotel, the room is small but clean. The staff showed great hospitality even at odd hours. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were tiny and not worth the money; however, they were spotless and provided perfect relief from the summer heat. Service was a mixed bag with some issues of privacy invasion but overall accommodating and friendly. The location was great, surrounded by cozy restaurants and close to major subway lines for easy exploring. Dining was a bit overpriced, but the staff was lovely and provided great service. Overall, a decent choice for a stay with both positives and negatives.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room I reserved was ready and waiting for me, helping me check in early and even providing me with items like a hairdryer that weren't initially available.
